08/08 : Magnums shut out R&B 14-0

Magnums improve to 1-1 in the tournament, while R&B drops to 0-2.

This is the first time Magnums shutout an opponent this tournament. The victory gets Magnums back on the winning track after a loss in their last game.

Coupled with a loss in their previous game R&B is now on a two game slide. . This is the first time R&B failed to score against an opponent this tournament.

Prior to this game, these teams had met only one other time, on Aug 09 2009, 12:30, a IFFL Tournaments "Open" tournament game which R&B won 21-6.

Magnums will face off against Soldier (1-1) on Aug 08 2010, 12:00 at Lake Fairfax#6.
