United is EASY as hell to beat. Take your best DB, put him man on 28 (?), the white guy with good hands and zero speed. You will shut them down. He is a decent wr, but can`t create separation. If you play zone he will find holes in the defense and make some plays. If you man him up, jam him at the l.o.s., they have no chance, against just about ANYBODY.
